Use the checklist as a planning order

Start with flights, entry requirements and accommodation nights. These decisions shape the rest of the trip. Then work through transfers, reservations and the details you will want ready on your phone.

A tick records your own progress. It does not validate a booking or confirm entry eligibility. If an item does not apply, mark it after deciding why you do not need it. Every traveler in your party may have different document or payment requirements.

Keep personal documents somewhere secure

This checklist stores only which boxes you selected when you enable saving. It does not ask for names, passport details, addresses or reservation numbers. Keep those in your own secure travel record.
